Thank you for visiting our website, where we are keen to tell you about the most recent updates to our proposals for the new Camberwell Magistrates’ Court building. Following our widespread public consultation in May we have acted on your feedback. Modifications include introducing a café in the lower floor space, reducing the scale of the development at the side of the building, providing more three bedroom family homes, and improving the public outside area with trees and seating as a result of an agreement to turn Kimpton Road one way. We are still creating 153 new homes and 3,350m2 of space for businesses and creative activities.

We are keen to hear what you think about our new ideas. We held two further public exhibitions at the D'Eynsford TMO community room on Thursday 14th July and Saturday 16th July. On Saturday 16th July we also hosted an art workshop for local children and young people to inform them about the public art strategy of our scheme.
